As your MP, I am able to make representations on your behalf to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) regarding your Universal Credit, Job Seeker’s Allowance (JSA), Employment Support Allowance (ESA), Personal Independence Payments (PIP) and some other benefits.

I can also make representations on your behalf to Barnet Council regarding your Housing Benefit or other local government benefits.

What information do I need?

In order to make representations on your behalf I will need the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • National Insurance number
  • Any reference numbers or documentation you may have

How long will it take to get a response?

Once I have made representations, it may take a couple of weeks to receive a response. However, if the matter if urgent I will try my best to receive a response as soon as possible and I will be sure to contact you as soon as I receive one.
