Matthew has led a Parliamentary delegation to Cyprus. The London Borough of Barnet has many people of Greek Cypriot heritage and the Council is also twinned with the occupied town of Morphu. As such, Matthew has been involved with the Cyprus issue for many years. 

Matthew takes a stand against cancer

Matthew is backing a life-saving appeal from Cancer Research UK for more NHS cancer staff.

He was joined by campaigners in Westminster earlier this week at the launch of the charity’s new campaign ‘Shoulder to Shoulder Against Cancer’.
