Matthew raises concerns over Colindale Tube closure

Matthew has raised the proposed six-month closure of Colindale Underground station in the House of Commons. 

During weekly Business Questions, Matthew expressed concerns over the length of the closure and the potential impact on both commuters and the local RAF Museum. 

Matthew leads delegation to Albania

Matthew led a delegation of UK Members of Parliament on a visit to Albania.

The purpose of the visit was to understand how the UK’s Foreign Office is working to reduce illegal migration, modern slavery, serious and organised crime, education, culture, trade and development.

Matthew visits Antarctica

Over the New Year period, Matthew visited the British Antarctic Survey Base at Rothera in Antarctica.

The visit was part of the Environmental Audit Select Committee’s inquiry into the British Government’s policy for the region.
